Hello skate shoe fans. Well it’s 2010 and it’s been about 6 months since we’ve posted to sdK 
Our day jobs have kept us a bit too busy to keep the site up2date, and unfortunately that doesn’t look like it’s going to change much in the near future.
We’ve been trying to use Twitter to post the odd interesting update from the skate shoe world, but it doesn’t really allow us to cover anything in-depth and we’re usually just posting links or re-tweets to stuff…but hey! It’s better than nothing, right?!?
Anyhow, here’s wishing you a happy and healthy 2010. Even if we update sdK once a year, we’re never shutting it down and we’ll always try to be the best source for skate shoe news on the web. We’ll do our best to to keep the Tweets and the occasional posts coming in 2010.

Direct from Cali Skate in Stockholm comes the Adidas skateboarding Ciero. Not much to say about this one…simple, clean lines. Mustard colorway…Enjoy!
Schools are out, skate parks are filling up and Summer vacations are turning from Spring dreams into reality…Ipath fans will know the Locust has been one of the standouts in the mid-top crowd for several seasons. We’ve already covered some of the original colorways and here’s a new charcoal/black/aqua version just in time for those hot and sticky Summer sessions. You simply cant go wrong with an aqua colorway to cool things off!
The mids keep on coming…this week it’s DVS’s turn with the new Zered Mid. Nice lines, solid colorways, and a classic vulcanized sole complete this one.
DC just released a podcast vid where P.J. himself highlights the features and concept behind the top-of-the-line PJ S LX.
Much like the commercials that are featured on the P.J. Ladd mini-site, the video has a smooth look to it with the same slick production. It’s also really nice to see P.J. talking about “perfomatlie midsoles” and “full-grain leathers” and explaining what the heck they’re doing in these shoes. I guess if you’re ponying up $130 for a pair, you want to know exactly what you’re paying for!
